**Description**

+ Works closely with cross-functional leaders to develop and manage a regional master project plan across multiple strategic initiatives/programs in the region
+ Supports the successful delivery of multiple strategic supply chain initiatives/programs/ in the region through effective planning, execution and risk mitigation
+ Responsible for the definition and maintenance of standards for project management processes across the region
+ Acts as chief of staff for Regional SVP – including strategy updates, budget preparation, leadership team meeting preparation and facilitation, and other duties as assigned
+ implementation efforts across the region for all functions, including timelines, key milestones, risks, resource requirements and the independencies – how the changes to the critical paths of each project will impact the master plan.
