We are seeking an **_Executive Director of the Center for Educational Outreach_** (CEO) to provide visionary, strategic, and operational leadership for the Whiting School of Engineering’s flagship outreach enterprise. This role is responsible for advancing the Center’s mission to expand access to K-12 STEM education and pathways, with a strong emphasis on sustained engagement with Baltimore City communities and schools.

Reporting to the Associate Dean for Outreach and Belonging, the Executive Director is responsible for strengthening community partnerships, securing philanthropic support, and leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful, evidence-based programming. The Executive Director will set and execute a bold, forward-looking vision for the Center that aligns with institutional priorities and emerging trends in STEM education.
