Position Overview
Positional Overview:
An Executive Director oversees and demonstrates ownership for the overall growth and continuous development of each operational line of business (Quality, Food Safety, Hospitality, and Drive-Thru). They ensure Operational Excellence and that we are executing on all tenants of the Winning Hearts Every Day strategy.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees all restaurant operations (AM focus: breakfast & lunch. PM focus: afternoon and dinner.)
- Develops a culture of growth-minded team members & leaders, primarily serving as coach to respective Coordinators
- Creates a culture of product knowledge, stewardship, excitement, and generosity
- Maintains vision alignment with Operator and Director team
- Collaborates, partners, & supports the Marketing and Talent Directors in their department initiatives
