Position Overview
**Description**
This position will partner with the VP to lead the development of and execution of the strategy, creative and activation ideas for global campaigns, key launches and brand initiatives. This must be done through a Direct to Consumer lens. The role must lead their team to develop a full 360 journey while partnering with cross functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Drive consumer acquisition and retention by creating unique opportunities to connect with the consumer.
+ Partner with the Global Communication team to maximize EMV.
+ With VP, lead the Marketing Activation strategy with a clear digital first approach.
+ Collaborate with all regions to ensure the creation of toolkits that are comprehensive, meet regional needs, and support execution with excellence.
+ Develop an integrated multimedia strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
