Responsible for originating: financing and transacting deals in particular domain
Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface
Be a part of end-to-end deal making cycle for multiple sell-side/ buy side mandates
To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negoliations due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)
Directs the implementation of proposed solutions to the clients
Strengthen firms' relationship at Senior Management level with the existing clients
Managing Client relationships along with the manager, assisting in identification of business opportunities .
Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison involving negotations on pricing or structure of a merger
