GENERAL FUNCTION:

Leadership, client-facing role, directing deal teams working on asset securitization transactions focusing on ABS esoteric structured products backed by digital infrastructure, music and film royalties intellectual property, and whole business. Specific asset classes within digital infrastructure include data center, fiber, and cell tower. Responsible for originating and execution of securitization opportunities, both loan and ABS, including public and private (144a or 4a2) securitizations, portfolio purchases, and advisory services.
