Position Overview
**Description**
The Executive Director, 360 Marketing, Makeup/Fragrance/Promo/Holiday will lead integrated marketing campaigns to elevate our brand and drive consumer engagement. They will set strategic direction for their portfolio's sub-categories and work across various channels to ensure a cohesive brand experience Key skillsets and responsibilities
1. 360° Marketing Campaign Development & Execution across all of Makeup, Fragrance, Promo and Holiday:
+ Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated 360° marketing campaigns that include digital, retail, experiential, social, influencer, and PR strategies.
+ Collaborate with creative, digital, PR, Global and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand vision, goals, and consumer insights.
