Implement and Follow-up of the PALFINGER Partner Program in close alignment with all product lines and business areas
Monitor and manage partner quality and performance standards for Sales, Installation and Aftersales areas
Develop and drive clear partner reporting to enable data-driven insights and strategic decision-making
Support regional tools and processes (scouting, onboarding, etc)
Drive a culture of continuous learning and best-practice sharing across the PALFINGER partner network
Your Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with experience in dealer management, commercial sales/aftersales activities, ideally in an international multicultural B2B environment, are preferred
Experience with PowerBI or other digital tools for reporting and analytics
