Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
Communicate solutions and information to merchants and consumers effectively
Route escalations to the appropriate channels
Engage in training and development initiatives to improve technical and soft skills
Will be required to work shift
5 days a week including weekends
Shift Time:
First Start Shift: 9am
Last End Shift: 10pm
Customer Service experience
Logistics Background (Air and Road)
E-commerce and start up experience will be an added advantage
Experience with E-mail, Chat and Social Media
