The Executive – CRM will be responsible for managing and executing outbound CRM communication across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications. The role focuses on driving customer retention, repeat purchases, and engagement through lifecycle campaigns and personalized communication. The position plays a key role in improving CRM-attributed revenue, optimizing customer journeys, and ensuring seamless campaign execution across channels in a fast-paced D2C/e-commerce environment.
