Position Overview
Job Objective:
This role will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers at the branch, responsible for providing quality service by resolving enquiries, queries and complaints related to policy and claims. Deliver on counter sales targets and promote cross sell for the counter.

Customer Service and Sales
- Managing direct walk-in customers, providing information about insurance products and services
- Handling enquiries including NCD, MMIP, complaints and claims from customers
- Manage issuance and reporting for MyEG transactions, including processing of road tax renewals (if applicable)
- Responsible to manage and meet the counter’s sales target
- Boost up sales of personal line product in achieving the set target
- Responsible in monitoring counter’s customers retention
