Responsible for the daily operations involved with running a greenhouse
Oversee inventory of seeds and plants
Harvest plants or their fruits
Provide training for workers
Supervise workers to complete the daily operation
Responsible for the farm operation management and prepare work log, update and report to supervisor on daily basic
Prepare farm operation manuals, which include daily operation manual, pest control manual, harvesting and post harvesting manual, maintenance service manual and etc.
Prepare work plan and duty routine for the workers
Knowledgeable about the stages and diseases of plant life
Work closely with R&D team for research projects
Requirements
Possess Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture or any associate's degree in Sciences (Biology, Botany).
Preferably with exposure in fruit or vegetable cultivation under CEA
