Duties & Responsibilities 1. Provide secretarial and administrative support. 2. Managing of work calendar, schedule internal/external meetings and appointments. 3. Preparation of presentation materials and other documents. 4. Travel arrangements. 5. Processing expense claims. 6. Prepare reports and maintain filing system. 7. Organizing office operations and office maintenance. 8. Clerical functions e.g. correspondence and expense management, maintaining filing systems. 9. Retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. 10. Keeping management informed by regularly providing reports summarizing information. 11. Event planning and execution. 12.Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor Qualification & Experience Generally Required 1. Diploma in any discipline, preferably qualification in Secretarial. 2. 5 years of confidential secretariat experience is preferred. 3. Good knowledge in bookkeeping/accounting. 4.
