Position Overview
Job Purpose To support vessel marketing, chartering, and project-related commercial activities, including the preparation of commercial documentation, coordination with internal teams, and support of chartering and project execution in line with company procedures and approved commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities - Support the execution of the company’s vessel marketing and commercial activities.
- Assist in chartering and project-related commercial activities, including:
- Preparation and issuance of commercial offers
- Vessel sourcing support
- Rate compilation and negotiation support
- Preparation of Charter Party Agreements (CPAs), addendums, fixture notes, intercompany contracts, and related documentation
- Prepare draft CPAs, Project Agreements, and pre- and post-contract documentation, and coordinate internal approvals in line with Delegation of Authority (DoA).
