We’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Executive Chef** to lead our kitchen operations across outlets, conferences and events. This is your opportunity to drive creativity, lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**What you’ll be doing**

+ Oversee all kitchen operations including restaurant, banquets and stewarding
+ Lead, mentor and develop a large culinary team
+ Design and deliver innovative, high-quality menus across all outlets
+ Manage food costs, budgets, stock control and supplier relationships
