We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee menu planning, food preparation & kitchen management
-Lead, train and inspire the kitchen team
-Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
-Ensure health & safety compliance
-Manage budgets, stock control & supplier relationships
-Collaborate on events, conferences & themed dining experiences
Requirements:
-Extensive culinary experience in a luxury hotel environment
-Strong leadership and organisational skills
-Creative flair with a passion for innovative cuisine
-Proven budget and inventory management experience
