Position Overview
- Define and execute the overall culinary strategy in alignment with Regent brand positioning and guest expectations
- Curate distinctive dining concepts across all outlets, ensuring innovation, authenticity, and market relevance
- Champion a culture of culinary excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement
Pre-Opening & Concept Development
- Lead kitchen planning, design validation, and equipment selection in collaboration with project teams
- Develop pre-opening timelines for all culinary operations, including menu engineering and SOPs
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training of the culinary team to Regent luxury standards
Operations Excellence
- Oversee all kitchen operations including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banqueting, and specialty outlets
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all culinary offerings at the highest level
