POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing overall management guidance to culinary team with regard to quality,
profitability, guest satisfaction, execution and staffing.

β’ Set the appropriate example for management, supervisors and all staff to follow.
β’ Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor kitchen personnel while fostering a positive, safety-conscious work environment.
β’ Must be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills and adapt to unexpected disruptions while keeping staff focused and motivated.
Menu Execution and Cost
β’ Collaborate with ownership and General Manager to develop menu items focusing on quality, sustainability and creativity.
β’ Ensure recipe adherence and proper presentation for ALL menu items.
