We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation at Peppers Marysville, including Andiamo Restaurant & Bar and conference & events offerings. This is a highly involved role where you will be present in the kitchen daily, guiding your team while delivering exceptional food experiences across both à la carte and function service.

You will have the freedom to bring creativity to seasonal menus, elevate the Andiamo dining experience, and showcase local Victorian produce at its best. Working within a small, dedicated team, you will play a key role in shaping the food identity of the property while ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
