Executive Chef / Japanese authentic cuisine

Responsibilities

• A Head Chef, or Cook de Food is a cooking professional who manages the procedures as well as personnel of a dining establishment or various other dining center's cooking area.
• Develop and maintain a kitchen budget.
• Assign tasks to cooks and other kitchen staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by expediently managing any problems that may emerge.

Qualifications

• Experience: Japanese Cuisine – 5 years (Needed).
• Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai (Reliably commute or intend to move before beginning job).
• Skilled in Sushi (application question).

Wage: AED 10,000.00 – AED 15,000.00 per month
