Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage all kitchen operations across multiple outlets
+ Design and execute innovative, seasonal, and high-quality menus
+ Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
+ Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
+ Manage food costs, budgeting, and inventory control
+ Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing culinary team
