Executive Chef job in El-Ain UAE at a high-end restaurant. El-Ain is searching for an outstanding Executive Chef to join our team and help us continue to provide our customers with an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure all food items are prepared according to El-Ain's recipes and specifications.
• Ensure sanitation and safety regulations are followed.
• Design menus and develop recipes that meet customer expectations and maintain profitability.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff (sous chefs, cooks, dishwashers) and with other departments such as front staff and marketing teams.
• Lead the team with excellent communication to provide superior customer service.
