**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking a **Executive Chef 2** for the **South Dakota School of Mines** located in **Rapid City, South Dakota** . This Executive Chef will manage the campus culinary program for the campus and catering. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. **What You'll Do**

+ Manage the daily pastry production including production planning and control
+ be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
