Overview

The Executive is responsible for assisting the Team Lead in supervising the daily operations of the Regional Support Unit (RSU). The primary purpose of the position is to ensure that all Customer Information File (CIF) and account maintenance for Singapore operations are completed within acceptable service levels. The role requires maintaining strict adherence to compliance, internal controls, and risk measures. The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Business IT Support.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Assist the Team Leader with the daily supervision of RSU operations to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor and ensure that all Singapore-based CIF and account maintenance tasks are completed within agreed-upon service levels.
• Verify and document all data inputs to ensure accuracy and maintain the integrity of bank records.
