Responsibilities
- Capture, organize, and categorize inbound leads within the CRM to ensure no opportunities are lost
- Respond to new leads promptly to maintain engagement in a fast‑paced real estate environment
- Qualify and filter leads to ensure high‑quality prospects are prioritized
- Create soft proposals using Canva templates and manage follow‑up communications
- Track accepted proposals and support the transition from signing to payment
- Handle contract renewal outreach and manage extension invoices or destaging pickups
- Support basic invoicing and administrative follow‑up for signed projects
- Assist with light landing page or Shopify setup for future product lines as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience with CRM management and sales administration
- Strong customer service skills aligned with a luxury brand experience
