Robert Half Permanent Placement is partnering with a leading property management company in Williamsville, NY on their search for an Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to join their team. In this role you will directly support the President/CEO as well as managing general office administration. This is an in-office position with a starting salary of $60,000 - $70,000 and a total benefits package.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
+ Provide executive support to the President, including calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence, and special requests
+ Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized, efficient, and well-maintained work environment
