Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO & VP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and courteous communication.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professional formatting.
Support the CEO & VP in meeting preparation - including agenda coordination, briefings, and follow-up action tracking.
Draft and review correspondence and business communications on behalf of the CEO & VP.
Manage and maintain the CEO & VP's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international). Participate in work trips with the CEO & VP, if required.
Administrative & Operational Coordination
Liaise with senior management, clients, suppliers, and partners from different countries and timezones.
Assist in monitoring project timelines, business activities, and key management deliverables.
