Position Overview
An Executive Assistant (EA) to the President of a Social Welfare NGO manages the President's schedule, handles confidential documents, and acts as a key link between the President and stakeholders. They ensure smooth daily operations and help the NGO meet government and social welfare standards.
• Track tasks, projects, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with staff, volunteers, donors, and partners
• Draft letters, reports, and communications
• Assist with meetings, scheduling, and planning
• Support events, field activities, and special projects
