Position Overview
Adopt a key role as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership at a respected financial services organization in Toronto. Manage executive tasks and communications efficiently in a hybrid setting.
In this 12-month contract, you’ll be pivotal in aligning executive priorities, coordinating travel, and ensuring effective governance. Your ability to manage communications, oversee board materials, and handle logistics will be fundamental. A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and discretion in handling confidential information.
