POSITION OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director will provide administrative, operational, travel, and strategic support to ensure smooth functioning of the Directorβs office. The role requires strong coordination, confidentiality, communication, and multitasking abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β Manage the Directorβs calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and correspondence.
β Coordinate internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.
β Maintain confidential files, documents, records, and official communication.
β Prepare presentations, MIS reports, minutes of meetings, and business summaries.
β Track action points, project deliverables, approvals, and vendor coordination.
β Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, reimbursements, and accompany the Director/MD for official travel and meetings as required.
