Position Overview

Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the CEO’s time, priorities, and communications are managed efficiently and effectively. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
Responsibilities

+ Manage and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts

+ Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and accommodations

+ Prepare, submit, and track expense reports accurately and timely

+ Schedule and coordinate executive-level meetings, board meetings, offsites, and conferences

+ Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
