Supervises daily the Pharmacy Assistant when filling up prescriptions and dispensing medicines to customers to ensure it is properly done and is error-free;
Educates Pharmacy Assistant on basic pharmaceutical matters like uses, contraindications, side-effects, dosages, storage of medicines and medical supplies;
Provides counseling to customers and patients whenever necessary;
Makes periodic evaluation of employees in the branch to assess strict adherence to Pharmacy laws and practice;
Checks dosage and ensures that medicines are correctly and safely supplied and labeled;
Reviews prescriptions from doctors to ensure accuracy, ascertain the needed ingredients, and evaluates their suitability for the patient;
Checks, reviews, and files prescriptions properly and updates Prescription Book and records all prescriptions received;
