Executive Assistant Provide high-level administrative support to executives, management team and clients. Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. Ensure the smooth operation of our organization by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities - Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executives' calendars, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and prepare materials for executive-level meetings, including agenda creation, meeting logistics, and document preparation. Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
