The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
+ Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
+ Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
