Position Overview
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and organize briefing materials.
Prepare minutes of meetings, maintain follow-up trackers, and monitor closure of action items.
Handle confidential correspondence, documentation, and official communication with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems, document records, and version control.
Coordinate travel arrangements, visitor management, and administrative logistics.
