Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end executive support to Directors, including diary, travel, and stakeholder coordination.
- Prepare, compile, and manage executive board packs, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and support high-level meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Act as a trusted liaison between Directors, board members, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with executive-level projects and strategic initiatives as delegated.
- Support governance and compliance processes linked to board and executive activities.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Represent the executive office in meetings or forums when required.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 to 5 years commercial exposure
Qualifications
- MBA (First preference)
- Honours (Non-Negotiable)
