My non-profit client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join their team as an Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator. This is not a traditional assistant role—it's a central, high-impact position for someone eager to act as a force multiplier for their CEO and executive leadership. {Boston, MA; onsite}
What You’ll Do:
+ Own the CEO’s calendar and priorities
+ Serve as a central point for coordination across internal and external stakeholders
+ Track, execute, and drive forward multiple concurrent organizational projects and initiatives
+ Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans, trackers, dashboards, and executive communications
+ Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and concise updates for senior audiences
+ Coordinate board and committee activities end-to-end, ensuring compliance and detail orientation
