Position Summary
As the Executive Assistant you will provide administrative support to the President of Pike Electric, LLC in addition to the Florida Division, and will report to the President. This job is on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Essential Functions:
+ Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, events, and travel arrangements.
+ Prepare and distribute meeting materials, such as agendas, minutes, and reports, ensuring accuracy.
+ Maintain confidentiality, discretion, professionalism and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
+ Oversee daily office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and professional environment.
+ Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
