Description We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to support leadership and keep daily business operations running efficiently in Houston, Texas. This is a Contract position for someone who is detail oriented, can manage shifting priorities, work independently, and bring structure to a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will strengthen executive workflow, coordinate administrative activities, and maintain clear communication across internal teams, clients, and vendors.
