Position Overview
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties of a highly confidential nature.
- Drafting confidential correspondence, editing documents, taking meeting minutes and performing other administrative duties.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meetings, making sure executives meet their commitments.
- Completing all assignments in a timely manner.
- Performing receptionist duties and maintaining appropriate secretarial skills
- Preparation of statistical data.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Maintaining order of establishment and filed information/documentation to ensure immediate access to file data for execution of executive's duties.
