Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join a non-profit organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a part-time, contract position, with the potential for 20-30 hours per week. The role will primarily involve supporting the Executive Director with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing schedules, emails, and meetings.
• Assist with a variety of miscellaneous tasks as requested by the Executive Director to help meet organizational goals.
• Coordinate and manage calendar appointments, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of responsibilities.
• Facilitate communication by handling email correspondence and maintaining the voicemail system.
• Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
