What are your duties?
Your duties may consist of the following:
Diary and inbox management Assisting in the organisations of meetings such as sending out meeting invitations, sending agendas to attendees, organising board and other papers required, booking catering etc Travel management Minute taking Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders Collection and management of confidential organisational information Creating strong working relationships with colleagues Proficient with using MS Office suite and Outlook Draft, review and send out correspondence on behalf of executives Adhoc tasks when required What will you need?
