Functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s Hotel Operations. The role oversees department heads in Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing departmental strategies, ensuring adherence to the brand service strategy and initiatives, meeting brand standards, addressing customer needs, ensuring employee satisfaction, growing revenues, maximizing financial performance, and fostering positive owner relations. Your role will also ensure that the Gold Standards of The Ritz‑Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully each day.
