The Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) supports the General Manager in the overall management and performance of the hotel, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, financial performance and talent development across all departments. The role requires a highly experienced hotelier with strong operational expertise in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage, exceptional leadership capabilities and a hands‑on approach to driving service excellence, operational efficiency and business results.
The EAM serves as a key member of the Executive Committee and acts on behalf of the General Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless hotel operations while maintaining the highest standards expected of a luxury five‑star hotel.
