The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
Coordinate the scheduling of Internal Council meetings, ensuring quorum and availability of members.Prepare, distribute, and maintain agendas, meeting packages, and background documents in advance of meetings.Attend Internal Council meetings to take accurate and confidential minutes.Finalize and distribute approved minutes and follow up on action items as directed.Maintain records of all Internal Council and Elders correspondence and decisions in an organized filing system.Manage calendar and schedule appointments for the COO, prioritizing urgent and strategic meetings.Screen incoming corresp...
