About the role

I'm a Belgian entrepreneur and investor based in Lisbon. I operate across several ventures, including a data and AI company (Datatonic). My work spans board-level decisions, investor relations, deal-making, and building — often simultaneously, across time zones (including UK and Brazil).

This is a combined executive and personal assistant role. Both sides matter equally — you'll be as comfortable coordinating a board meeting as organising a family trip or handling a bank transfer. I'm looking for someone who takes full ownership, thinks ahead, and thrives without hand-holding.

• Manage calendar, travel, and meetings end-to-end
