Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support daily household management and personal affairs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth household operations, managing schedules and social engagements, coordinating travel arrangements, and overseeing household staff and service providers.

Candidates with living experience in Japan and familiarity with Japanese lifestyle, culture, and household management practices are strongly preferred. Applicants from Taiwan or Hong Kong are considered an advantage.
