Provide analytical support on strategic, operational and financial areas such as annual business plans, budgets, internal audits, CAPEX etc.
Tracking of business reviews , status reports and action plans
Monitor and track progress on actions through continuous communication with all levels of management. Identify and escalate critical areas to the relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate and support corrective action as required.
Facilitate and conduct reviews among various departments
Plan and structure reviews with clear agenda.
Ensure linkage between reviews and subsequent operational actions
Do special studies e.g. position papers responding to enquiries and questions from Chairman and Executive Directors
