We're a fast-growing multi-brand hospitality group across Bali and Lombok (Artisan, Papi Sapi, Sunda, Seseh House) looking for a sharp, determinded discreet EA to support Managing Director.

This is a dual role — business and personal support. You'll manage calendars, travel, comms, project tracking, venue searching and day-to-day operations for founders who move fast. No two days are the same.

You are:

• 3+ years in an EA or PA role
• Excellent written & Spoken English.
• Organised, proactive, and can work under pressure
• Based in Bali or ready to relocate.
• Willing and able to communte to Uluwatu, Bali
• This is an hybrid role, you maybe required to visit, Artisan HQ office, Restaurants, MD residence or running errands across the island.
• All travel included in role.
• Full time
• Working Hours can be variable including evenings and weekends.
