Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Chairman, ensuring the efficient operation of their corporate, community, and personal affairs. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports.
Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the Chairman, internal stakeholders, external partners, and the Board of Directors. Draft and proof-read correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
